We had yet another appointment this last week at 37.5 weeks. Everything went well. HR was in the 120’s and I was measuring right on. After mentioning that we didn’t get ultrasound pictures last week, she briefly repeated it and printed some pictures. We love Dr. Million!
Joshua’s face. Can you see it? Elijah calls it “scary” :)
He’s head first! And, thankfully, not sunny side up, as Elijah was.
We asked if it would be dumb of us to go to Sea World the next day (post to come) and she said it would be fine, but then proceeded to print us my prenatal history and told me which hospital to go to, if needed.
I guess we are getting serious from here on out!
I’ve been working hard to be ready to bring Joshua home anytime now. While I’m not at all organized yet, nor do I have my own bags packed, I’m glad to say I have some essentials ready. He has a bassinet and crib ready to sleep in along with the all important bouncy seat and swing. Basic clothes are ready to go as well. The boys have loved using the baby gear to play with their dolls. I love that boys who love dirt, trucks, and tractors are also in love with caring for their dolls :)
One funny baby story: Josiah and I were talking about Joshua last night and he asked how many babies we’d have. Before I could answer, he said “a million?” (his new favorite number). Um, no. Then he asked what we could stop having them. Welllllll…..
