In late January, we went with Mom, Bill, and Savannah to our favorite little country park with where we usually have the whole place to ourselves.
We played a little “baseball”.
I’m not sure if she missed or was trying to hit it the wrong direction :)
But never fear. Jacob got her straightened out. Such a loving uncle!
The baseball lover! I grew up watching (or ignoring) her baseball games on t.v.
It cracks me up that he insists on using the handle of the bat! But he hit it!
He’s putting a lot of force into it and even had the lip thing going.
It’s no fair that grown ups used the tee, too.
Daring Savannah to leave 3rd base.
Then we played a little “soccer”.
These boys just don’t play fair!
Elijah still moves slowly enough that I can get some clear pictures and he hams it up, so here’s a bunch of them:
Then we played some hide n’ seek.
Josiah decided to hide on the other side of the tree from Savannah counting. I tried to get him to move, but it turned out to be a great spot because it took Savannah awhile to find him :)
Then we played on the playground.
Elijah loves to swing with me. He goes completely limp and we lay back together. He’d do it forever if my arms and neck could take it. So sweet.
