Thanksgiving has always been a favorite time of year for me and this year was extra special with our brand spanking new baby to feel blessed by. Apparently, though, I was busy or sidetracked because my pictures are few.
We spent Thanksgiving day at Mom’s, which is typical, and had a yummy meal. This is the lone picture:
I LOVE seeing my brothers love my babies! Jesse insisted on holding Joshua and napping with him. I, of course, was paranoid and insisted on supervision since he slept upright :)
Then we had our traditional “Turkey Bucks Auction” and lunch at Gram’s house. It’s always a fun time, but again, the pictures are few. I think I was chasing and nursing kids.
I’m not sure what’s happening here, but it looks like cousin Carla is playing hide n’ seek or peek a boo with Elijah. He’s always a favorite to interact with.
Dirt is always a favorite wherever we go. We usually have to bathe before leaving Gram’s since the boys have SO much fun!
Our favorite Uncle Teddy auctioning off a car that made for a hot item among the little boys.
Star helping Nathan bid on the car.
Jacob’s honey is always a hit.
After playing hard all day, the little ones tend to get sleepy when they sit long enough for the auction.
I’m not sure what this game was about, but the kids had a blast playing with these cups with Teri. There were squeals and screams of delight!
This melts my heart. My sweet baby boy has no idea how blessed he is to have this Great Grandmother.
